PRINCE2® (PRojects IN Controlled Environments) is a structured method for efficient project implementation. The method divides the project into manageable parts and provides a basis for effective management with fixed decision points. The e-learning course follows a PRINCE2® project through all phases and phase transitions - from start to finish. In this way, you will gain a good understanding of project management in the form of the PRINCE2® framework.

You will become familiar with:
- PRINCE2® concepts and definitions
- The 7 processes, 7 themes and 7 principles in PRINCE2®
- The PRINCE2® method in a project

A thorough completion of the e-learning course will also give you the knowledge you need to pass the PRINCE2® Practitioner exam. As soon as you start the course, you will be registered as an exam candidate at PeopleCert. You will receive information on how to complete the online exam directly from PeopleCert. The e-learning and exam are available for one year. Your online mentor will answer any questions you may have along the way, as well as you can discuss relevant topics in a separate PRINCE2® forum.
